1. Our Promise
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return eligible products within 30 days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund.
2. What Can Be Returned
You may return products if they are:
- Unopened and unused
- In their original packaging
- In resalable condition
Products that have been opened, used, or where the hygiene seal has been broken cannot be accepted unless they are faulty.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or fault
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.
4. How to Return an Item
To start a return:
- Email our customer service team at hello@anyscor.ie within the return period.
- Include your order number, the product name, and the reason for return.
- We’ll reply with a return authorisation and instructions.
Please do not send items back without authorisation, as we may not be able to process the return.
5. Cost of Return Shipping
Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility.
If the item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
6. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive your return and confirm eligibility:
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
Money is returned via your original payment method
You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued
7. Exchanges
Please note that we do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
8. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Opened consumables (e.g., powders, supplements)
- Personal or hygiene products without original seals
- Clearance or sale items marked “Final Sale”
